Moohin Pest Control provides a warranty for General Pest Control treatments as follows:

• Cockroaches & Silverfish: 12-month internal warranty.

• Household Ants & Webbing Spiders: 6-month warranty (requires both internal and external treatment).

For rural properties or sites near bushland, dense foliage, or other high-risk environments, more frequent treatments may be necessary. Our team can tailor a pest control program to suit your specific needs.

Conditions of the Free Service Period

• If structural or environmental conditions prevent us from performing any section of the Management Program, the Free Service Period or treatment cost may need to be adjusted.

• Full payment for services is required unless specific written arrangements are made. Any Free Service Period is only valid if all outstanding payments are settled within the terms stated on the invoice or quotation.

• If eligible for a Free Service Period, we will provide necessary remedial treatments at no additional cost upon notification of an infestation.

• A Free Service Period does not apply within 4–6 weeks of the initial treatment, depending on the pest type, as treatments require time to take full effect. Retreatment too soon can prolong eradication and contribute to pest resistance.

• The treatment only applies to the pest species listed on the service invoice. No protection is provided against any other pests.

• Moohin Pest Control is not responsible for any damage or consequential losses caused by past, current, or future pest activity.

Cancellations

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will require full payment upfront to secure a new booking.

• No additional fees apply for rescheduling.

• Your cooperation and understanding are appreciated.
